Im doing this 'how-to' entry again! So, if u are someone that loves makeup but didn't know how to start, what to buy, this blogpost definitely for u!! :)
But first thing first, u dont need to buy all the makeup that i show u guys here. ni sekadar contoh ja. And better use a small makeup bag first. u dont need alot of makeup if u are beginner. Also, i will not include brushes or puff or sponge.
For the face::
1. Concealer
If you have dark circle under ur eyes, concealer will be ur best friend! Please choose concealer that match ur skin tone. For drugstore products, i highly recommend maybelline. But i running out of it right now. U can skip this product if u dont have dark circle. but i think most people have it. my dark circle is like crazy! i will look like zombies without wearing concealer xD U can also use concealer to cover the redness around ur nose or anywhere else needed.
2. BB Cream
BB cream is great for beginner because its light and u will feel like nothing on ur face. Compare to the foundation, its more heavy. BB cream also have high coverage (well, sometimes it depends with the bb cream too) . bb cream is a must-have for me. My first bb cream is from etude house.
3. Face Powder
If u dont have bb cream, then this is a must-have for u!! xD Mineral powder is the best for beginner but it not for those who have pores problem. U need to set your face with powder after apply concealer and bb cream. Loose powder is much more better for acne skin. Choose 1 shade lighter than ur skin tone.
4. Blusher
Blush blush is a must for me. because u need to add color to ur face. Choose something look natural on ur skin. Something light (color) and not shimmery. But u still can use shimmery blush if u wish to. Cherry pink or rosey pink is a much better.
For Eyes :::
1. Eye shadows
Eye shadow palette is a great choice! Because u can experiment a lot of color. and u can save money too. If u not sure what color or which type of palette u should buy, then choose something neutral or look natural eyeshadow. The light eyeshadow can be use to highlight ur browbone and the inner corner of ur eyes. The darker color [black, dark brown] can be use or can replace the eyeliner or eyebrow powder.
2. Eyeliner
Liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, gel liner. u can use whatever whichever u want. But if u have shake shake shaky hand better use pencil eyeliner. Plus u can use pencil liner to tightline ur upper and lower waterline (save budget) muehehehe. but if u want something look dramatic, better use liquid or gel. but liquid look more dramatic than gel liner. For soft look, use pencil or gel liner. because u can blend the eyeliner and doesnt look too dramatic lah. For color to choose, I dont really use brown eyeliner. So im not so sure which one is better, either black or brown. hmmp. just choose whatever u want lah.
3. Eyebrows
Some ppl born with natural beautiful brows, even without shaving it or reshape it, still look pretty and neat. cis! But thats not the point here, the point is, which product u should buy now. I will say, brow powder is better for beginner. Brow comb or spoolie is a must have too. First comb ur brows then fill it in with ur brow powder. simple easy. Yes i know babe, i dont have brow powder at this moment thats why the picture shows u the brow pencil.
4. Mascara
The eyelash curler, if u afraid to use it, then u can skip it. learn to use it after u have confident or whatever. The most important thing is the mascara. U can choose either for natural or u wanna adding some volume to ur lashes or u want ur lashes to look thicker. but i will say, choose the natural. hehehe. for me, i have short lashes, actually i dont even know if my eyelash is short or long because whenever i open my eyes, the magic thing happen. guess what, it disappear. hahahahaha. hashtag asianeyesproblem!
For the lips:::
U can choose whatever type of lip product u wanna use. Lipgloss is a best choice too because at the same time, it helps to moisturise ur lips. and make it look shiny shiny, bling bling. haha. But i know some ppl doesnt like how the lipgloss taste or feel on ur lips. so, choose liptint or lipstick. if u want korean lips choose liptint because its easy to do the gradient lips with liptint. but if u wish to have the fuller lips look, then lipstick is the best choice. :)
